Yes, most certainly they are. I have been trying to match a Vallejo colour chart to reality from the stuff on the web and have finally decided it is impossible to get accurate reproduction over the whole colour range. No amount of playing with the colours gets consistent or useful results.

Much appreciated. At least I now have links to can contact the manufacturers and see if they will mail me a printed copy. The conversion charts help too.
