A few weeks ago, I ordered two mats from Cigar Box, I think their mats are amazing. after waiting a little over four weeks, which is what they ask, but usually you will get your mats sooner, I hadn't received or heard anything, So I contacted them and told them my situation. Cory at cigar Box got back to me almost immediately. He checked on my order and informed me that it had gotten lost in the shuffle and that they would get me my order ASAP. I am very happy to say, that they did ship me my order ASAP, and they are great.
I'm telling this story because sometimes things go wrong or orders go missing, that's life. I'm telling this story because of the superior service and resolution of my problem. Cigar Box has great products and excellent service.
They handled my problem and corrected it almost instantly.
So, if you need a beautiful gaming mat that will elevate the visual look of your game, go to Cigar Box Battle Mats and take a look around. You won't be disappointed. |

Yes, beautiful mats.
BUT…
Unless you want to do a specific battle at that specific scale…
Better to get "generic". |
