My nominees:

Chainsword. Really? A chain-saw sword? Why?
Power Axe— it's an axe. But with "power."
Power Fist— because punching. I guess.
Claws— not on an Alien/not-Alien, but for a infantry soldier.
Big Spiky Mace— what part of "Sci-Fi" left you confused?
Hands on a Giant Stompy Robot— as if the GIant Stompy Robot bit wasn't dumb enough.
Swords for a Giant Stompy Robot— no, seriously, GSR is sufficient in itself.
A Handheld rifle/machine gun/laser/blaster for a GSR— okay, stop it already!
A toilet plunger—"Uncloginate! Uncloginate!"
A bat— no, really, I've seen one. A bat.
A "lasersword"— you avoided the IP lawsuit, but you said something really stupid when doing so.

Monofilament whip, because not seeing your weapon is really intimidating (and scary).

The light saber doesn't qualify, because it is a magic sword in a fantasy epic.

And Jedi are wizards.

Don't forget that they are aimed at teenagers. Their outlook on weaponry is not based on plausibility.

Power fists are pretty much a Sci fi/post apoc staple, general coupled with power armour. A knuckleduster on steroids.

Could never quite see how crew, ammunition, engine packs and fuel would fit into some of the GW 40k vehicles,

Tally Ho!
