"95th rifles finished" Topic

Hi guys

Next in my personal collection, I've finished the 95th rifles in 1/72, most of the figs are printed by myself from NapoleonicSTL files, which are quite good, with some lost Heresy figures files, 2 of the Sharp poses and the crouched down advancing figure, these are also excellent, although a bit chunkier, there are also 4 figures from the Italeri plastic set, I had the set and wanted to use some, I'll probably only do this unit once in 1/72 for my collection, so thoughts I'd add them, I also converted a Sgt Harper figure, giving him a bare head and a Noch volley gun.

I'll second the question on the Sharpes. Did you get some from different manufacturers?

LOL, the sharp shooters, the Sharp figs are from 2 different manufacturers, you'll notice only 1 is double based, the others are single based, the main Sharp is double based with Harper, I painted all of them to see which one I liked best, but have thrown the others on a base anyway, the torch bearer may be added to a 1/72 Silver bayonet unit.

I seem to recall, from long ago reading, that the literary Sharp had black hair. Could be a point for modification.

Yes, the novels had black hair, I've read all the novels, very good, but I love Sean Bean as an actor and prefer that look.
