this is the very first chart ever produced showing the uniforms — extraordinarily colourful ones — of Philip V of Spain's army operating in Italy. I began researching some of these regiments for pleasure, others out of curiosity, and in the end, step by step, I found myself with the entire chart completed.

Your efforts in research and sharing is a real help to guys like me who want to game in other theatres than just Blenheim. So thank you from my heart for sharing your excellent research results with us all.

Thanks a lot Dye4minis for your kind words. we all here represent a "little world" I would say "our little world" where we share the same passion that somwhow link us form both sides of the ocean making us feeling really close. And this is the magic of our passion, that for me, as I think for almost all of us, started as a child, evolved and arrived till today. Historically spaeking: Blenheim was a very important battle, but with little consequencies in the history. But the perspective has been always written by the more passionate in this fields, the Britsh and their cousins. So Battles like Cassano or even more Turin that signed the end of the power of the Bourbons in Northen Italy for ever were pratically unknowm to the most (even for us inhabitants of Turin); now times are different and studies advance. I am happy to provide a little help to increase these studies. Again grazie!
