Hi,
Gripping Beast announced yesterday that they are going to slowly wind down their business and close due to retirement. The announcement is here: link
I really hope someone picks up their business intact as I love their figures and have done since I bought some of the first Colin Patten sculpts back in 1996. Another sign that the world of miniatures is changing and the old guard is passing. |

This is the Middle Guard passing, bong67. Phil Barker is the last of the Old Guard. Of the two dozen Napoleonics players at my first formal game, I think only three or four of us are still alive. But the rules and castings were out in August, and I think there's a September game scheduled. |
