It's a Schleich toy, at 1/2 off (normally around $25 USD plus delivery!), currently. The toy is superbly painted from the factory, but it is a bit too blue for my tastes.

I dry-brushed mine with titanium white craft paint, to whiten it. The Axeman is a true 25mm Human figure, for scale; the cutting mat beneath it is marked off in 1-inch squares. The wings are on ball-joints, and they are remarkably pose-able -- do not underestimate the value of this feature! The wings can be positioned up/down, and forward/back, and this can dramatically impact its visual appeal, much more so than I ever imagined, initially. Changing the wing positions can alter the mood, the attitude of this Dragon toy, in surprising ways, and that is really fun…

This is one of the best D&D White Dragons I've ever seen, to be honest. It is quite impressive, really. It gives the D&D White Dragon a fierce presence, which I've found has sadly waned over the past 46 years -- I love how dangerous it appears in the form of this toy! Like Narnia's Aslan, this is not a tame Dragon

Compare this 'toy' to Reaper, and other proper miniature Dragon figures: compare prices, poses, and don't forget the fact that this 'toy' is fully painted and usable, as is, out of the box. A dry-brush of white will take it up a few notches, of course, but this is not necessary.

I have no idea when it went on sale, nor do I know how long this price will be valid. What I do know, is that I've used it in games already, and it was impressive on the tabletop! Cheers!
