Surely some day it will be Interplanetary Star Trek Day. 60 years ago today, my mom let me stay up late on a school night to watch the first episode of Star Trek and we were both instantly hooked. I'm not doing anything special for it, other than packing to go to my 50-year high school reunion. At least one astronaut marked the day from space: link |
