"It's finished! After more than a year of preparation, my game presentation "The Ice Fortress" is complete just in time for TACTICA 2025. In the last two weeks alone, I managed to finish four more French infantry units and several artillery bases in numerous small painting sessions. I also played a few test games to develop the scenario and army lists, as well as to consult with the legendary rules designer Jervis Johnson. He developed the highly successful open-source rules system Valour & Fortitude after his time at Games Workshop. Last year, I had the idea of inviting Jervis Johnson to TACTICA alongside Alan and Michael Perry, and having the trio present my scenario "The Ice Fortress" with Valour & Fortitude. And everything worked out perfectly. So, a huge thank you again to Jervis Johnson, Alan and Michael Perry for their hard work, and to all the game participants at TACTICA.
