Optio is a diceless wargaming system that is unique in that it isn't abstract like other diceless and chanceless systems but as granular – even more granular – than popular dice driven systems with fat rulebooks like MeG and ADLG.

A typical game to give an idea of the system in action. A standard game lasts about 2 hours – this was a longish one.
