I use a mixture of 80% standard/ 20% tenacious. Any thought of the extra cost went out the door when I saw how much better the figures came out.

Due to heat this summer I went for a while without doing any printing. And the mixed resin in the vat sat. I always mix it up when I let it sit a bit, and normally a quick spin with a silicon paddle does the trick.

However, as the resin was low, I was able to notice the very bottom layer was a pretty thick almost white layer. This layer did not mix easily with just some stirring, so I had to really scrape it up with the (very flexible silicon scrapper paddle thing I use).

As I have not seen this white layer before in regular resin, I assume it is part of the tenacious. Now the figures looked fine printed from this even though there was probably some still left in the very bottom.

Does anyone know if the white is an element of Tenacious, and if I really do have to a very- very thorough job of stirring once it settles, or if it forgiving?
