Anyone receive an order from them this year?

Their listing on the TMP Manufacturer's page (see above) says: "There may be a problem at the company's website. We're detecting the error state 500 Internal Server Error#1781481001." Last updated 10 years ago (28 Jul 2016).

Are they still in business?

Yes, they are still in business.
The website is up (as you would see if you tried it), you can download the latest catalogue.
To order you either have to phone when the shop is open (Saturday morning Uk time), or print out your order and either send it in the post or Fax it

I got an order from them in about February this year, FWIW.

I visited the shop on a Saturday morning in April to purchase items in person. A fellow gamer ordered through the traditional methods.

Good to hear. Suggest they contact Bill and have their manufacturer's listing updated. People do refer to it as it is only as good as the info supplied from the makers.

Why would you trust TMP to have up to date information?

My problem is that I need a number of specific ships and don't want alternatives. Up until now I'd have been OK with alternatives but my last order was nearly 1/3 alternatives and I can't determine if those are still not in stock or available.

I have asked for other's experience on this issue but never had any reply.

I have so many of their ships that alternatives are no use to me anymore.

I would send the order with a note that you do not want alternatives, and are happy to wait until those requested have been cast.
