Fall-In! is November 6-8 this year. I plan to run two games. 1. Command Decision game on Friday afternoon/evening (exact time yet to be approved). July 1943 -- Shortly after the Allied invasion of Sicily, troops of the 1st US Infantry Division and the 85th Airborne have advanced inland and seized the German outpost at Casa del Priolo. General Conrath of the Hermann Goering Division has ordered a counterattack.
2. Combat Patrol game on Saturday afternoon/evening (exact time yet to be approved). July 1943: 82nd Airborne, regrouped after difficult parachute drops, seizes advance positions for follow-up troops from 1st US Infantry Division. Capt. Edwin Sayre and Parachute Rifle Squads fight Gruppo Mobile E for the vital Piano Lupo road junction. |
