A friend of mine in Scotland sent this story to me several days ago, albeit from a different source. My first thought was, "That had to hurt," but he probably never knew what hit him. I'm sure it was a much faster death than most during that era. Stirling Castle has a reputation for being the most haunted castle in the UK. Perhaps one of the resident specters appears a bit flatter than the others? |
