What way do you clean your Geo-Hex mat? Mine has been in the basement for a while. It's not musty smelling but I feel it should get washed. I'm concerned about the flock coming off. Also do you store your mat in plastic to keep dust off it? Thanks |

Perhaps let it air-out on a calm, sunny day for several hours outside. Let sunlight do the work for you? |

A hand vac may cost you a little flock, but it will clear out a lot of accumulated dirt and debris. The classic technique for rugs used to be to hang them up outside and beat them with something. Might be worth considering. Oh. And I wrap mine around one of those cardboard tubes they use for carpet with the "underneath" side out. Prevents both dust and wrinkles. |
