I placed an order with them on July 10 for a bunch of flags. I have reached out twice with a request for status of that order. I have not tried calling yet. I hope to do that tomorrow. Paypal says the order shipped it on Aug 6, but the status at USPS says only the label has been created. (Given my recent luck with USPS I have my doubts about anything being shipped to me.) I understand that it might be a one man shop, and some things take time to pull together. But not answering customer email is bad business. |
