I'm assuming he's some kind of space marine…but maybe not…

That is Count Binface – an intergalactic space warrior and leader of the Recyclons as well as would-be British politician

It is.

He's not a would-be, though, he is a politician (someone involved in politics) – just not an elected one yet.

"NOTE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS: We are absolutely delighted at the gargantuan amount of orders we're taking for our charity model of Count Binface at the moment. We are a small family business and will work through the orders as quickly as possible – we are currently aiming at a dispatch time of 1-2 weeks for orders placed today. Only place your order today if you're happy with that lead time."

He is becoming an international phenom!

Mind, Brit presenters keep saying that 'mericans won't understand.

I suppose none of us are Monty Python fans.

Kevin Phillips-Bong (Jones), the Slightly Silly candidate.

Edit: Fingers crossed, I ordered one with a Lionel Garbage. AND, I am helping the NHS.

He is real. I have seen him on the internet!

Back to the title.
If you think he's a Space Marine, play it as such.

Just don't try it in a sanctioned 40K tournament, lest you invoke the Death Penalty.

I was thinking that being a Count, and having unique armour he ought to have some special named character traits.

Looks more like a Victorian era science fiction figure than a space marine from the far distant future

Count Binface is too cool. I can't vote for him in the UK, but I'll write him in for some office in the November US election.

Well, I decided I would follow our great leader's path and get AI to tell me the answer:

You can absolutely use the Troublemaker Games Count Binface charity modelin Warhammer 40k! Because it is a 28mm "Heroic Scale" miniature, it fits perfectly alongside official Games Workshop models.

------------------------------
Which Faction Would He Join?

* Leagues of Votann (The Best Fit): Binface is the 5,900-year-old leader of the Recyclons from planet Sigma IX. The Leagues of Votann are high-tech, space-faring miners who completely strip down and recycle resources across the galaxy. He fits right in as an eccentric Ancestor-Core proxy or a specialized Kâhl
* The Imperium (As an Imperial Agent / Rogue Trader): While he represents an independent space warrior, he could easily proxy as an eccentric Rogue Trader or an Inquisitor. His "sanitized" metal suit and cape give him the flair of a flamboyant Imperial noble navigating the galaxy with an entourage.
* T'au Empire (The "Greater Good" Option): If you went T'au, he would serve as a Water Cadre Diplomat. He uses words and bureaucracy to fight corruption, which aligns heavily with the T'au philosophy of bringing unruly worlds into the fold via diplomatic manipulation.
* Space Marines (The Satirical Option): If you run him as a Space Marine, he fits best as an Ultramarine Captain or a Black Templar proxy. He loves rules, declarations, and wears a massive helmet, mimicking the strict, rigid bureaucracy of the Imperium.

------------------------------
Count Binface (Leader, Infantry, Character)

* Movement: 6"
* Toughness: 4
* Save: 3+ (Thanks to the heavy-duty bin helmet)
* Wounds: 4
* Leadership: 6+

## Weapons

* The Double Peace Sign (Ranged): Range 12", A2, BS 3+, S4, AP 0, D1. (Abilities: Pistol, Assault. Forces enemy units to reconsider their life choices).
* The Vanquisher's Boot (Melee): Range Melee, A3, WS 3+, S4, AP -1, D1. (Bonus: Re-roll wound rolls if attacking a unit with "Fake" or "Bucket" in its name).

## Abilities

* Ceasefire (Aura): While an enemy unit is within 6" of this model, they cannot use Stratagems. ("I believe elected officials should serve out their terms before making trouble!")
* The Recyclon Mandate: Once per battle, if a friendly vehicle or mechanized unit is destroyed within 9", you gain 1 Command Point (CP) as Count Binface immediately strips it for scrap parts.
* Nationalise the Objective: If this model is contesting an objective marker, your opponent cannot use the "Insane Bravery" Stratagem on units within range of it.

------------------------------
## Suggested Point Value
Count Binface should cost exactly 65 Points.
This is a fun nod to the £6.50 GBP retail price of the charity mini. In terms of gameplay power, 65 points perfectly balances him alongside standard 40k support characters like an Imperial Tech-Priest, a T'au Cadre Fireblade, or a Space Marine Lieutenant.

That's Reckless Kelly. Last seen squatting in some old guys house.

How the Australian film organisations can let an actor get to that point is another question entirely.
