This week more 1/300th scale tanks join my WWII Soviet collection. This batch mostly comprise T-26s with a few KVs and T-34s to flesh out this armoured regiment. All for use with the Spearhead rules. A few photos and a potted history can be found here link

Handsome indeed and on a piece I know far too little. You have expanded the small bit greatly.

"but it will likely be something reasonably achievable and not too large…"

Ever famous last words…

Thanks Doug. I am trying to not get carried away with aspirational projects.

I am trying to not get carried away with aspirational projects.

No. No no and no. You do not qualify as "carried away with aspirational projects" when they go into your "game-ready" box(es).

It is only the items in your "to be painted" box(es) that are counted against your carried away aspirations.

Like all of those Skytrex 1/300 models I swear I will paint up some day. And those In-Service Miniatures models too. Nevermind that they don't make 1/300 miniatures anymore, and haven't for how many years? (Or maybe how many decades?). Still some day I will get them all painted up! I will, really, I will.

See, that's aspirations. And yeah, perhaps I should be carried away. Or locked away. Or at least taken away…

Nice work on those T-26 tanks, Wargames Room. I have a bunch of GHQ BT-7/8, T-26, T-34 1940, and early KV-1 tanks that I need to get working on.

It is great to see your tanks here. Thanks.
