Foot position certainly suggests high heels, but is also consistent with bouncing along the bottom of the sea.

The water is obviously cool.

Why is she holding that short length of rope in each hand in a vertical orientation? Very strange.

The fish are huge. Could she be a pixie or some other small being?

Great paint job. Believable human body.

It occurs to me… could it be that she's protecting the fish and is forcibly pulling away the ropes that are trying to catch them…?
