Maybe it's just me, but the chap on the left in the next to last photo looks rather like Count Rugen from "The Princess Bride." If I were doing a conversion, the beard is just a tad too long, and I would have to freehand decorations on his clothing, and paint the clothes brighter colors, and give him a knife and sword, but still . . . Yes, I think I'm going to have to go back and see if you said who the manufacturer is.

All in all, I think you did a good job with your peasants!
