Again, not sure why equal forces should be necessary as battles are rarely equal.

It was a trial game to see how different the rules' scenarios balance would be against an 'equal' army. I had wondered if a Roman army would prevail even at equal points – but the terrain – and the dice, in general, made this game too difficult to win.
