I don't know about the best, but I would use a plastic one from an old Indian toy bag, or see what is on etsy for cheap. |

It's summer, John. Take a vacation. Maybe one of those cruise ships along the Alaskan coast. I'm sure you'll stop at lots of gift shops where you can find an appropriate totem pole. Chances are that they will come already painted. My dad won a trip to Hawaii once for selling lots of insurance and brought me back an appropriately sized carving of the Hawaiian war god that I can use in pulp games. Grelber |
