Seriously.
I bought two batches of figures from a store that rhymes with Gnoble Nite and I wound up saving much more money than I spent.

Twelve packs of Battle Honors Serbians in one and another package of Old Glory Pershing in Mexico, two artillery crew packs and two Boxer Russian artillery crew packs.

Money spent around two hundred bucks.
Half price for the lot.

Money saved;
$200 USD being half price
$75 USD more for having it shipped to a convenient US mailbox right on the border with me rather than from the US to Canuckistan.
$75 USD when the customs guy laughed and said don't bother after I told him it was toy soldiers.

$200 USD spent and $350 USD saved!

Still all giddy at the thought.

While not exactly the same way back when – when Consumers Distributing was still a thing – I returned a game for $15 USD, bought two Warmaster sets for $40 USD, and at the check out the clerk gave me a ten. I tried to explain that I actually owed her money but she refused so I shrugged and pocketed it

When you think about it that may be why Consumers Distributing is not still a thing

Showing my age by even remembering Consumers distributing.

I bought a lot of GW space fleet blisters for £1.00 GBP a pack, saving around £3.00 GBP pet pack.
