Ref: Peter Pig Activity Update – Breech vs Breach? In their update, PP list a rules project, starting this year with a working title of: Napoleonic Breech. Do they mean Breach, as in breaching the enemy's line, or do they mean the singular form of breeches (short trousers)? I assume they don't refer to the rear end of a gun barrel as breech-loaders (with one minor exception I can think of) are not used in this period. |
