After an unsuccessful attempt at getting some of Shadowforge's minis from a US-based company (guess which one), I went to the source and ordered them directly from Shadowforge last Friday. I got an email confirmation from Neil on Saturday, telling me that the figs would go out on Monday. I received the order in the mail today, which is damn fast (three days!) in my book, as they came from Australia. The order was complete, the minis are of excellent quality, and I'm extremely satisfied with my order. Thanks to Neil and the rest of the Shadowforge crew! Gary |

I too have been pleased with Shadowforge's product. I haven't bought anything directly from them yet, as I prefer to order from Lon at Brigade Games, but even then I had a question about the availability of the new sculpts for the Bunny Gridiron team. I e-mailed Neal and he answered me the next day, even letting me know that he was sure Brigade had the new sculpts. A plus customer service. And the quality of the product is superb! |

Shadowforge is easily the best example of a Customer Service oriented gaming company I've run into. |

The normal surface mail between the USA and Australia and between Great Britain and Australia seems to work really well. Once things are actually in the mail they usually move very quickly as everything seems to be sent by air these days and our postal services seem to have their connections worked out. |
