I keep getting messages (emails & facebook) about a group called Perry's fanboys – which displays itself as being all about those painting, collecting and wargaming with Perry's miniatures. I just wondered if anyone knew anything about it, is a member or if it is fake? |

Never heard of them.
But they are one of a dozen or more manufacturers whose wares have found their way into my collection. Some are very well done. Like the Volunteers of Ireland, and Lord Dunmore's Ethiopians.
Others, like the one piece castings of militia cavalry were a total pain in the ass. It took me hours to clean them. I hope the fanboys don't brag about THOSE particular castings. |
