I asked GROK for this and eventually got it right, after lots of tries. Saved now, and I can start from here and drop building and terrain icons onto it, and then email it to gamers. And of course the color can change, e.g. to desert tan etc.

This SHOULD have been simple to do but it took an hour of effort. But hopefully now I never have to do it again, just start from here.

I would just do it in PowerPoint. I know that's an instrument of presentation Torture, but AI and FB, that's Beelzebub and Satan.
