Do you really think that TMP Polls are dogmatic?
Oh, my sweet summer child!

The 2nd Sino-Japanese war has been overlooked by BA and other systems. It was a vital front in WWII as it kept a large portion of the Japanese Army tied up in what turned out to be a quagmire for the Japanese. Similar to the Germany's Eastern front.

Sure! CBI adds a lot of flavour. I've always figured that WW2 started in August 1937 in Shanghai and was well underway by the time Germany got rolling.

I have always considered 1931 the start of WWII when the Japanese invaded Manchuria.

I thought the entire 1938 Campaign lends itself well to the game. They probably wouldn't sell any worse than Hungarians or Romanians!

1931 seems more like a prelude with a sizeable lull before things picked up again. Ditto with Abyssinia in '35.

In the event this ever makes it to a real Poll, I would vote in favor. Just because I like to see variety.
However, I would have no intention of participating, or purchasing any. Is that hypocritical?

Nor would I. I am actually looking to get out of WWII gaming all together.
