"The scenario I came up with, (though not a very good one as my mind has been elsewhere this week!) was that the SGC have been using an ancient surveillance device (with a hacked in human control panel!) to keep an eye on the local Goa'uld System Lord. After several months the Tech crew has failed to make their routine update – so General Hammond has decided to send 3 teams to find out what had happened, a tech heavy team and two Marine teams. (As usual, we were using my own rules.)…"
