In which battles did the Roman Army use Elephants?

One was Cynoscephalae (197 BC).

The others were Magnesia (190BC) and Pydna (168BC)

Siege of Numantia (153 BC) & the Battle of Thapsus (46 BC). Don't forget Claudius took elephants to Britain in AD 43. You could plausibly use them in battle there.
