"Historicon 2026 Flea Market thread" Topic

Con is 3 weeks out, seems like an appropriate time to start the thread.

I have a Wally's table for Saturday morning. I'm bringing tons of board games, some FoW books, and a whole bunch of 15mm WW2 stuff. Mostly well painted. Majority of it will be Soviets from early war 1930s garbage tanks to late war IS-2s. Some Americans and Germans too.

I'll be selling on Sunday. Some books, some painted minis (WW2 Germans and USMC, and a lot of miscellaneous stuff from projects long gone.

I'm selling a complete Breacher game from Black Site Studio with terrain and nicely painted figures (worth over $700 USD; make offer) as well as more than $350 USD of Warzone Eternal figures (make offer). I'll be there Thursday night and Saturday morning if you're interested.

*Disclaimer -- I'm attending a hobby flea market this Saturday so this may change.

I have two sessions and was thinking of bringing complete will painted Spanish Civil War Armies in 28mm.
Nationals and Republicans. Mounted for Bolt Action men and vehicles.

As well as Marlborough's Wars in 15mm mounted for Volley and Bayonet , most major opponents in the collection.

But they would take a lot of space up and I do not know if they would sell.
I'll know the details of what I am bringing as the show gets closer.

I will be at the Flea Market on Friday, 9-11. I will have Flames of War pre-painted WWII houses/buildings and terrain, some WWII building kits from Sally 4th and some 15mm painted ACW figures based for brigade Fire and Fury.

I am there both sessions on Saturday. I will have GW 10mm metal Warmaster figures, some GW Warhammer figures, 28mm metal Perry AWI, misc 15mm Napoleonics, a few St Petersburg figures, ASL books and scenarios and some misc. books and painting guides.

Hey Jeff, are any of your GW figures old metals?

Yes, I have some metal High Elves in particular. Red and Green cards so I think those are 2nd or 3rd edition.

No, they are individual packs. This is a collection that is not in original packaging. I have spent a good bit of time sorting out pieces of armies into little bags that represent what you would have got in a blister. The armies I have are:

High Elves. $8 USD to $10 USD per unit
Dwarves $8 USD-10 per unit
Dark Elves $15 USD-20 per unit
Brettonians $15 USD-20 per unit

Good prices when you compare what these go for on flea bay.

I sold all the blisters last year at the flea market and had a few bagged up armies that did not sell as a whole so decided to make them individual units.

Painted 28mm: Vikings, HYW English, Goths, Picts, Republican Romans, Iberians, Classical Greeks.
Painted 15mm: Palmyran, Pre-Islamic Arab, Italian Condotta, Elves.
Also miscellaneous small groups of painted 28mm pikemen, 28mmknights, 15mm birdmen & lionmen, books, various odds & ends.

On another thread someone wrote
" HAWKs area please note that we've relocated to the Common Ground space. That's where the flea market used to be."

So where is the flee market this year?

Bringing lots of stuff. 28mm painted AWI. 28mm painted F&I War. SAGA armies. Flames of war galore including a painted Cossack army. Bolt Action unpainted but already cleaned and assembled. Books and terrain. I'll be selling Friday and Saturday. Let's make deals.

In order of selling priority:

1. 28mm WWII, mostly German and Soviet but a mix of others. All painted and singly based. Several hundred of these.

2. Some 28mm WWII armor, painted and ready.

3. 28mm Imperial Romans, painted and based.

4. Terrain, books.

5. My usual assortment of really cool stuff.

I have sessions Thursday 7-9, Friday 7-9, Saturday 9-11. I usually do Sunday AM if I'm not too wiped out.
