I have a 28 mm model of the Greek goddess, Hera (aka Juno for Romans). Lillies were her flower, so I thought I'd use them to cover her base. However, I can't find any 28 mm lilies.
Does anyone know of somebody who makes 28 mm lilies? Alternatively, does anyone know how to go about making 28 mm lilies?

White Lily Tiny Flowers by Gamers Grass…but they're quite small & I think Hera deserves better.

Have you considered trawling through Doll's House accessories?
At the last Show I was at, they had a couple of stands of Doll Houses & I remember seeing a flower garden with lilies, though these may be too big.

Hera deserves BIG lillies. Try to tell her she doesn't.

Check out a craft store doll house/miniature selection.
Hobby Lobby or Michael's might have something that would work.
