Nice piece.

I knew a guy who had his brown water patrol boat blown out from under him by a mine. He wandered in the jungle for 3 days. He said he was a "crispy critter" when by the time he made it to friendlies.

Very lucky to walk away from that helicopter crash. No suggestion that it burnt for example. A sinking PBR is one thing, a helicopter subject to Newton and his gravity is another….and worse.
