This all looks like a lot of fun, John.
At some stage, photos? Game reports? I am far from knowledgeable about the Wild West but could you modify 'Sword & the Flame'? I think instead of units, a single figure would get his/her own card. Morale? call it "Grit". If a gunman takes heavy fire, they can be forced to go prone, hide behind cover, or become suppressed for a turn etc. |

Oh, there are plenty of gunfight rules out there. I'm one of those people 🙄 who collects and paints figures way before I get around to playing. I have the KD Cantina dancer with a guitar player.
Brigade Games have a fine Mariachi band with another dancer. Marty Robbins and El Paso are my inspiration, among many. "I picked a good one, looked like he could run!"
