I will be taking a WW1 participation game to Phalanx in St Helens on 20th June, Joy of Six in Sheffield on 28th June and Claymore in Edinburgh on 1st August. I'll be refighting the Battle of St Julien, part of 2nd Ypres, where the Germans gas Canadian troops manning scratch trenches in a follow up attack from their gassing of the Algerians a couple of days earlier. The game will be played with 6mm figures from Baccus and Turner Miniatures and will use the All Hell Let Loose: Great War rules.
The Canadians must withstand a fierce German onslaught whilst rushing reinforcements into the line in a desperate bid to maintain the Ypres salient. Join us to see if the Canadians can hold.
More information on the battle can be found at my blog allhellletloose.co.uk.
