Last weekend I had the pleasure of joining friends for an annual gathering to a play an historical battle from the annals of history, with our theme this year focused on the lesser known Battle of Sainte Foy, 28th April 1760, that concluded the struggle for control of North America between Great Britain and France, later referred to as the French Indian War, during the Seven Years War.

As in the original affair our game produced an intense struggle between the opposing factions, and more importantly a lot of fun recreating this battle, one in a list of similar games we have enjoyed over the preceding years and also linked in this post.
