"DriveThruRPG down?" Topic

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing failures submitting orders to DriveThruRPG? I've tried my laptop, and my cell phone -- same failures; I've tried different payment methods -- same failures.

When I clicked on the Contact Us link, I got a message that their system is down for maintenance, check back later today… That has been the situation for two, going on three days.

Inquiring minds want to know: Is anyone else experiencing these issues as well?

I keep telling them,

Take my money! Please!

All I get in response, is a calm, feminine elevator voice saying,

Please remain on the line and someone will be with you shortly…

It was funny, at first, but now the air in this Holding Cell is getting stale. I can't breathe! I need to get out of here! Somebody! HELP!

Thanks, gentlefolk. I can log into DTRPG, but I cannot pay them for my order -- I cannot close the deal, so to speak. I have five items in my Cart, and everything is good, until I try to pay for them… That is when the error message appears.

Can you submit a payment to DTRPG? That is the question. Surfing their site is not an issue, that works; I can add things to my Cart, I just cannot pay for them. Grrr! LOL! Cheers!

I haven't seen anyone reporting payment problems today, have you sent in a message to the customer service folks? Good place to start, they can make up a ticket and have the techs double-check things for you.

I was having problems checking out my cart – so I went to the legacy site and it worked fine.
