I think he is saying how quiet it has been "recently". On most fora he has been the sole contributor the last few days. He has come up with some very good links though and, however much some folk do not agree, I think TMP would be lost without him. His current total of postings on various fora is over 197,000. Mine is only a little over 13,000 by comparison |

The explanation for this thread is as follows… I have a very limited amount of time each day to post new threads… when I wait my turn, my new thread starts "dancing" in limbo for about 5 to 10 minutes until a "Time out" message appears… I try with another new thread… the same thing… I try with another… the same thing… until suddenly they all appear at the same time on the same page… hence the different forums on the left side of the screen… of course, I start deleting them one by one… I'm not going to leave 5 completely different threads under a single title… showing my anger and frustration… with a certain cynicism, I write my sentence… Bill deletes the deleted threads, and only my sentence remains… the same thing happened today…

… and this has been happening to me for months… it's more than frustrating to post on TMP… but you'll see that I still try.
