Trish Carden said it was a few days ago and apparently the family just announced it. Whatever you think about GW, it's undeniable that John Blanche had a tremendous impact on our hobby's popularity. Salute!! |

Fantastic imagination, his art had a special quality that was distinct. And I think he did a lot make GW popular. |

I never cared for the style, but that doesn't matter a whit. His legacy is profound, his art stirred the imagination. He made the viewer FEEL something. He is missed already. RIP |
