Are these your best figures? They look great – I'm especially impressed by the various hoplon designs. And BTW – people *talk* about wargaming. Herkybird *does* it. |

Cheers pal, I cannot take credit for the shield designs, they are done with Veni Vidi Vici transfers mostly, I only hand painted a third and touched up the Transferred shields. |

I also love your spear-and-shield hosts here. Funny aside: I bet badly-hand-painted shields are actually more realistic than the exquisitely painted and carefully decaled shields we all prefer. Only a small proportion of rich people would be able to afford to hire the few nice shield design painters around, the rest would have slopped on whatever they could do to the best of their ability. This was a Midgard game? |
