Off on a tangent, however, I do not recall seeing a paper where the first paragraph following a heading is not indented. According to the internet (so it must be true), this is proper form. Am I just waking up after 65 years? |

Only skimmed through it, but it seems very well researched and written, so I have saved this for an evening read. Thanks |

Read it and recommend it. Red Jacket's observation. I am on the Editorial Board of a surgical journal in the UK and have been for over 30 years. I had never noticed it, but every article avoids indentation for the opening paragraph. That is why we have copywriters, proof readers and publishers, they know better than us. |
