Didn't the 60th have like six battalions? Some were line and a couple were rifle regiments. |

interesting these monthly returns, thanks
between 1278 to 2895 British soldiers in Germany in second half 1813 from 6 Foot Battalions/Regiments, never heard of them except the RHA Rocket Troop in Leipzig…by the way curiously not listed… :/ |

@Lilian, Yes – I too find it very odd that Lieutenant Strangway's 1/2 troop British Rocket Battery (16 tubes) is missing from the theatre returns. Also odd that the KGL artillery are also missing from the German returns. I knew about some of the British infantry units in North Germany but not all. Ian |
