Looking at 5 to 50 figures per side. I am aware of the "Song of" series of rules. What other skirmish/semi-skirmish rules are there?

The Silver Bayonet skirmishes very nicely, with or without the Gothic Horror elements.

Sharp Practice goes slightly larger and handles groups rather than individuals (other than leaders) so may not be what you want, though it's a good game.

Pulp Alley is a great universal small skirmish toolbox game, will handle Napoleonics nicely.
