The Silver Bayonet skirmishes very nicely, with or without the Gothic Horror elements. |

Sharp Practice goes slightly larger and handles groups rather than individuals (other than leaders) so may not be what you want, though it's a good game. |

Pulp Alley is a great universal small skirmish toolbox game, will handle Napoleonics nicely. |
