In these back-to-back Dragon Rampant games the Skeletons emerged victorious both times. The Orcs seemed to lack a degree of resiliance, not helped by a few consequetive failed activation roles. The Skeletons were well handled and didn't really suffer from any morale issues, due to their 'Undead' special rule.

Are the Greek skeletons kit-bashed or does someone make them?

Great looking minis. I wonder if there is any minor disadvantage to having multiple minis on a single base, vs. having all of the figures moving as individuals? We usually go with the multi-figure bases. It is also interesting to gage the advantage vs. disadvantages of playing with Undead. I am thinking rounding the casualties up would have an oversized advantageous impact when playing with lots of low-cost units vs. fewer elite types, at the same points level. But I haven't done any specific analysis.
