The large units all seem to have the same color shield, but the individual warriors seem to have personal or perhaps clan symbols. I like that idea, combining a uniform item, so we can tell the units, or perhaps city-states apart, while distinguishing the individuals, which we know they did from tomb paintings. Grelber
