Who makes the best of these in 25/28mm?

1100-1300s
Rural dwellings and related structures
I'm not looking for an urban/city landscape.

I'm aware of Hovels, Battle Honours 3D, Old Glory/Blue Moon, Renedra, Perry, none are quite right.

This kind of thing:

David Graffam models might suit your needs. These are PDF printout's which can be bonded to chipboard, reinforced by square or round wooden dowels, to prevent warping over time. Best part in using these models? No painting required, other than edging to cover up the white paper edges.

Here is a folder of some images of my non-Graffam models made using chipboard substrates, reinforced with wooden dowels (Hot Glue works far better than PVA Glue: faster, superior strength, and very handy to fill in gaps, if necessary -- Hot Glue can be easily painted with acrylic paints).

Graffam's models are more realistic than the fantasy fare I own and have converted from cardstock to chipboard models. They look pretty good to me, on the gaming table. Note that the siege towers were made using paper-clad chipboard, as well. Cheers!

Have you seen the Kickstarter from Ragnarok? I just got my buildings in the mail yesterday. I assume Gripping Beast will carry them in the near future.

I'm happy with MDF kits from Sarissa Precision and Warbases, and there are LOTS of kits in 3D print and MDF on Etsy.

We are spoiled for choices! Each has their pro's and con's. Make your choice, and have fun! Cheers!

I think those houses in the picture are Renedra aren't they? They look exactly like mine.
