First post so lets hope this is right……. I have acquired some minis and am not 100% sure what they are so thought I would seek some Grognard assistance. Cav:- They look like AB French Dragoons but what year/version (One broken so I need a replacement)
Inf:- Again they have the air of French but not AB……but what are they?
Any help gratefully received (and I can upload other piccies if it helps)

The Cavalry is definitely AB. Not sure about the infantry. |

Agreed, the cavalry are AB, though they usually come with riders and mounts separate. The infantry uses some AB type poses but they are too rough for AB. Maybe a cheap re-cast??!! |

The thin rectangle bases are an indication of AB. The early AB are art of the USA 19th Century ranges along with Old Glory 15s. |

It is a compliment to the quality of AB that they are such favourites for pirate copies, but I think Tony Barton might just accept that with reservations! I agree with nsolomon99, especially if purchased from the Far East. |
