If – as I imagine she is – Liralith is based on Lilith then she has been doing bad things – Lilith is a primordial she-demon (at least the Talmud says so) who was the first wife of Adam who fled Eden to spend time with – well, demons – also may have been a demon in Mesopotamian mythology |

If she's a demon, I guess she can wear high heels and carry an oversized weapon. Good paint job, very creepy effect. |
