Looking to augment my very old 1997 Space Hulk Termies and not-Aliens.

Generic, knock-offs, or just some plausible allies/foes are what I'm looking for. (No reason my Termies can't be "the heavies" and the rest of the army be less formidable grunts.)

Rules independent (not gonna use 40K).

I managed to pick up some deep clearance 40K "Tyrannids" at Target (GW's new "SPACE MARINE" board game… which totally sucks.) A little variety from the game's Genestealers, but still a decent fit. But I'd not to say no to something else.

Emphasis on CHEAP.

Vehicle suggestions welcome, too.

And no, I don't have a 3D printer, or access to one.

em4 has bunches of sci-fi miniatures to choose from, 25 figures for $31 USD, or $1.24 USD/figure. These are about as low priced as you are going to find. They look similar, in my eye, to GW. Cheers!

Star Rangers at EM4 would fit with 40k figs. The other stuff they have, not so much although I do like and own them.
If you find those older Warzone 2nd edition bulk plastic fig bags they would work.

Thanks.

The cheapest vehicles are probably kitbashed, like adding greeblies to computer mice or soap dishes to make grav AFVs.

Well, that's cheapest in terms of money out of pocket. A lot of it can be found for free or nearly free, new or used. Your house right now probably has stuff that you can turn into vehicles (and buildings, for that matter).

It's not the cheapest in terms of time spent, however.
