I went to salute 53 on Saturday 11th April 2026. I had a good day. It was well organised . Thank you to the Warlords club. The show had lots of space, that really helps. The games looked really nice. I have noticed that there are more dice and brush traders but fewer metal makers traders. The weather was nice too. I have been to many shows in US, Europe and UK. This was one of the best. martin |

I didn't think it was the best Salute ever, but I still thought it was really good. Not all the games were to my taste, but there were games there that I thought were awesome. However, it isn't all about me, it needs to appeal to a wide range of tastes, so I reckon they did a great job. I will be back next year |

Still on my bucket list (I even made it over to Olympia for GenCon UK waaaay back in the day). As a never have been from the US, is it still worth a visit? I would love to come. |

I enjoyed it. I met up with many old friends (including Martin), made some new ones, hopefully didn't make an arse of myself on the "reins" panel session, bought everything on my shopping list, plus stuff that wasn't on my shopping list, came away with some good ideas to help my future projects and generally had a good time :) |

I've been going to Salute since the Kensington Town Hall days. As a 28mm Peninsular War enthusiast there's very little for my niche tastes but I keep going because it's a great event full of inspirational games and traders. |

I enjoyed it too, and filled all my shopping list as well. But that list was a bit shorter than normal this year, as so many of the UK's figure manufacturers were notably absent; Eureka, Pendraken and Baccus were all sadly missed. Thanks to Wargames Foundry, Gringo 40s, Bicorne and Empress for still being there though, and I'll still go to Salute 54! Peter |
